The dose should be taken as directed by the doctor.. 
In severe cases, a higher dose may be prescribed.

Store in a room with a temperature below 25°C
Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. 

The medicine can be taken with food at the same time each day to reduce stomach irritation. 
Do not skip or miss the dose.
