Rinse with 10–15 ml undiluted solution for 30–60 seconds twice daily or as directed by a dentist/physician. 
Do not swallow.
 

Storage: Store at temperatures under room temperature, 25°C. 
Keep it away from direct sunlight and heat. 
Close the bottle tightly. 
Keep out of reach of children.

Measure 10-15 ml of a mouthwash in a measuring cup, and swish it around in your mouth and take it in.
Do not swallow or dilute. Just rinse and spit.
Do not rinse in water or eat promptly after use (at least 30 min).
Should not be used long-term unless recommended by the doctor.

Do not swallow for rinsing.
During pregnancy/breastfeeding/consult a doctor.
Stop using in case of allergic reactions 
Avoid eating, drinking, or rinsing your mouth with water immediately after use for best results.
