Keep it away from children's reach and sight.

Administered via intramuscular (IM) or intravenous (IV) injection.
Should only be given under medical supervision in a healthcare setting.

Use cautiously in patients with:
Kidney impairment
Hearing problems
Neuromuscular disorders.
Using any other nephrotoxic or ototoxic drugs

 

Seek medical attention right away if you experience:
Rash or hives
Swelling in your face and mouth
Shortness of breath
