Chloramphenicol 0.5% w/v + Dexamethasone 0.01% w/v + Phenyl Mercuric Nitrate 0.002% w/v

Antibiotic + Steroid (Corticosteroid)

Treats bacterial conjunctivitis and blepharitis
Controls inflammation and swelling
Prevents secondary infections
Useful in post-trauma eye care
Reduces eye discharge and itching
Helps in post-operative infection and inflammation management.

The drops should be taken as directed by the doctor. 
Typically, the dose is is instilled directly into the affected eye/ear.
Adults: 1–2 drops for the eyes and 2–3 drops for the ears. 
Children:  1 drop for the eyes and 1–2 drops for the ears.
It is to be taken  3–4 times daily or as prescribed.
The dosage may be increased to every 2–4 hours depending on the condition. 

 

Store at room temperature and do not freeze.
Keep the bottle tightly closed and in an upright position.
Discard any unused solution within 4 weeks after first opening the bottle.
Keep away from moisture, direct sunlight, children, and pets.

Wash your hands before use.
Tilt your head back for your eyes or sideways for your ears.
Instill the prescribed number of drops carefully.
Do not touch the dropper tip.
Keep eyes closed for 1–2 minutes or keep the ear tilted for a while.
 

For external use only.
Prolonged use may increase the risk of secondary infections or glaucoma/cataract (ocular).

Avoid usage when:
Viral, Fungal, or Tubercular Infections Of The Eye/Ear.
Hypersensitivity To Chloramphenicol Or Dexamethasone.
Pregnant And Breastfeeding

Red Eyes
Increased Intraocular Pressure
Allergic Reactions (Rare)
