The recommended dosage is 1-2 tablets a day for adults. 
For elderly patients, it is advised to take the dose as per the doctor's advice. 
Store away from moisture, sunlight, and heat. 
Not for children. So, keep the medicines away from their reach. 

Do not chew or crush Diclofenac Sodium + Paracetamol Tablet. 

It is to be swallowed with water. 
Can be taken after food or with milk. 
Do not miss the dose. Incase, it happens, do not double the dose. 

Avoid in patients with a history of:
Gastric ulcers
Severe liver/kidney impairment
Heart disease

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
