Aceclofenac 100mg + Paracetamol 325mg + Phenylephrine HCl 5mg + Cetirizine Dihydrochloride 10mg + Caffeine 25mg

Musculoskeletal Pain

Provides relief from:
Pain, inflammation, and fever.
Nasal congestion, runny nose, and sneezing.

 

Reduce allergic symptoms like watery eyes and itching.

Improve alertness and reduce drowsiness caused by antihistamines (due to caffeine).

The dosage varies from 1-2  tablets a day depending on the severity of symptoms.

Store in cool,dry place away from heat, moisture and direct sunlight. 

 

Swallow the tablet with water and do  not crush or chew the tablet. 

Can be taken with/without food. 

Do not double the dose if skipped/missed it. 

Patients With:
Severe Liver Or Kidney Disease.

Cardiac Problems, Uncontrolled Hypertension, Or Arrhythmias.

Gastric/peptic Ulcers, Bleeding Disorders, Or History Of Gi Bleeding.

Hyperthyroidism Or Glaucoma (Due To Phenylephrine).

Epilepsy Or Severe Anxiety Disorders As Caffeine May Worsen.

Children Under 12 Years Of Age (Unless Prescribed).

Pregnant Or Breastfeeding Women, Unless Advised By A Doctor.
Patients currently taking other NSAIDs, decongestants, strong antihistamines, or MAO inhibitors.
 

Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Discomfort

Drowsiness Or Dizziness

Dry Mouth, Blurred Vision

Palpitations, Increased Blood Pressure

Insomnia, Restlessness (Due To Caffeine)

Rare: Allergic Skin Reactions, Liver Enzyme Abnormalities
