Generally, the suggested dosage for Phenylephrine, CPM, Paracetamol, Sodium Citrate & Menthol Syrup is:

Children above 12 years:
5–10 ml syrup to be taken 2–3 times daily after meals.

Children 6–12 years:
5 ml syrup to be taken 2–3 times daily after meals.

Note: To be taken under the prescription and direction of the doctor.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.  

Keep the bottle tightly closed after use.

Discontinue if you notice any change in color, taste, or odor of the syrup.

Shake well before use 

Measure the dose with the provided cup/spoon.

Can be taken with/without food.

Do not exceed the recommended amount of dose. 

Drink lots of liquid to get rid of mucus. 

Not to be used in children without consultation.

Use with caution in patients with:
Hypertension Or Serious Heart Disorders
Liver Or Kidney Disorders.
Mao Inhibitors (Antidepressants)
Pregnant Or Breastfeeding Women 
Hyperthyroidism Or Diabetes

Asthma, COPD, Or Other Serious Respiratory Conditions.
Glaucoma Or Urinary Retention Due To Prostate Enlargement.

Allergic to Paracetamol, Phenylephrine, Chlorpheniramine, Sodium Citrate, Menthol.
