Patients with malignancies (high folate may mask symptoms)
If taking other medications (especially anticonvulsants, methotrexate, or levodopa)

Nausea, Vomiting, Or Mild GI Upset
Headache Or Dizziness
Metallic Taste In Mouth
Allergic Rash(Rare)
Sleep Disturbance In Sensitive Patients
Tingling Or Numbness (In Case Of Prolonged Overuse)
