For children above 2 years, it is usually 5–10 ml suspension twice daily.
Infants below the age of 2, are to be taken as directed by the pediatrician. 

Note: The dosage should be calculated strictly by weight and be taken as prescribed by a doctor.

 

Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C.
Keep out of reach of children.
Keep tightly closed and away from direct sunlight.

Shake well before using ofloxacin, metronidazole, and simethicone suspension.

Measure in a cup or a spoon, as prescribed by the doctor. 

Can be taken with or after meals to avid gastric issues. 

Not recommended for children under 2 years unless advised by a pediatrician.

Do not stop the medicine early, even if symptoms improve.

Keep the child well hydrated during treatment.

Liver,

Kidney,

Neurological problems.

Metallic Taste Or Bitter Mouth
Nausea And Mild Vomiting
Diarrhoea Or Loose Stools
Abdominal Cramps / Discomfort
Headache Or Dizziness
Allergic Reactions (Rare)
Dark-colored urine (harmless but should be reported if persistent)
